I then installed my Norton Internet Security 2012 on her computer and when it finished the install, I got the 5013,3 error (I do believe) and so I ran Norton Power Eraser as it suggested. ![]() She had been having trouble with getting constantly redirected to other pages while surfing the web and similar problems, so I ran Malwarebytes and it cleaned up around thirty different items (I don't recall what they were exactly, ranged from registry keys to files with trojans and other sorts of malware). As far as I know, it is running Windows 7, I think it was up to date with SP1, and I'm fairly certain it's 32-bit.
